Yangtze River Cruises and Tour Holidays in China

Shanghai, Yangtze River Cruise and Beijing - China tour and an 8-night River Yangtze cruise

A 15-day China tour holiday including an 8-night Yangtze river cruise between Shanghai and Chongqing and hotel stays in Shanghai and Beijing.

We are pleased to present this opportunity to discover the history of vibrant Shanghai and then cruise to the magnificent Yangtze Gorges on an extended eight night journey aboard the 5 star Victoria Prince, a vessel specially designed with balcony cabins and excellent cuisine for sailing “the Long River”.

The famous Shanghai waterfront

We begin in Shanghai, where our historic hotel is only moments from the famous Bund waterfront. Our cruise then visits some of China’s most memorable sights: ancient Nanjing; the scenic Yellow Mountains; the modern wonder of the Yangtze River Dam; the beautiful and dramatic Yangtze Gorges; a boat trip discovering the local villages by the river and the Temples at Fengdu. We then fly to Beijing for three nights and enjoy an included programme of guided visits to all the famous sights.
