Ports and Adventure Cruise
Medium Activity Level
An 8 day/7 night cruise
Activities and shore excursions included
The best of both worlds, this itinerary was specially
crafted to blend adventure activities with visits to our
favorite ports. You may spend one day touring Alaska’s
capital city of Juneau and the next sea kayaking in Tracy
Arm Fjord. Between adventures, relax on the newly remodeled
MV Wilderness Discoverer. Keep on the lookout! Your Captain
and crew alert you to any wildlife in action as you cruise.

This is a voyage of stories—the stories you hear and
the ones you tell. Imagine describing to friends the feeling
of kayaking through Glacier Bay, while pushing aside floating
ice and listening to ice calve into the water. The excitement
of watching humpback whales breach as you watch from the deck.
There are lots of memories to take home from this special
cruise.

| A note about published itineraries:
sailing in remote waters has special challenges and responsibilities.
Therefore we may occasionally alter itineraries for safety,
or to take advantage of weather, wildlife and unplanned
discoveries. Our ability to be spontaneous is a benefit
you will never find on a larger ship. We believe this
makes our style of cruising unique in Alaska. After all,
wildlife pays no heed to human timetables; why should
we? |
