Alaska Coastal Odyssey from Vancouver to Whittier (for Anchorage)

A 16-day cruise holiday including Vancouver (2 nights), cruising the Alaska coast, bays and glaciers on the Spirit of Oceanus (11 nights) and Vancouver (1 night)

Cruise from Vancouver to Alaska through some of the world’s most beautiful coastal and island scenery exploring the entire Inside Passage between British Columbia and Glacier Bay National Park, and the spectacular Gulf of Alaska coast.

Smaller and more informal then most ships cruising in these waters, the MV Spirit of Oceanus can negotiate remote waterways and get closer to the wildlife and glaciers of the Alaska fjords and coast.

The Spirit of Oceanus takes you to ports other cruise lines don't (or can't) reach, and brings you close to shore to find puffins in Glacier Bay, seals and sea otters in the Kenai Fjords, and bears feeding along the shoreline of Admiralty Island.

This luxurious ship opens up whole new horizons with its unique style of 'up-close, casual small-ship cruising'. The ship hosts just 114 guests in comfortable outside cabins, each with a picture window or porthole. Each cabin features twin or king-sized beds, an in-room safe plus satellite telephone and internet access.

Search for humpback and orca whales, seals, sea-lions and porpoise in Frederick Sound. Cruise up Tracy Arm to the twin Sawyer Glaciers, where steep granite cliffs line waters choked with icebergs.

Stroll through Juneau, Alaska’s pleasant capital city. Stare in awe at the pristine beauty of Glacier Bay, home to a dozen glaciers and abundant wildlife.

Visit Sitka, still redolent of its days as a trading outpost of the Russian empire in the 19th century.

Explore the secluded islands and iceberg filled fjords of Prince William Sound, and keep your binoculars and camera handy to see puffins, orcas and sea-lions in Kenai Fjords National Park.

Your Alaska cruise will give you magical days to remember, of a magnificent wilderness, far removed from the cares of the day-to-day world.
